Approach and deliverables
I use methods including discounted cash flow analysis, supported where appropriate by market multiples, scenarios and sensitivity analysis. Deliverables may consist of a focused value indication, a full valuation model and report, or a second opinion.
Examples from practice
Shareholder exit
A DCF valuation and market-multiple cross-check helped three shareholders agree on a defensible price without litigation.
Enterprise Chamber proceedings
As party-appointed expert, I prepared a valuation and analysed the opposing report, providing counsel with a clear position for the hearing.
Second opinion
An accounting firm received an independent assessment of the method, assumptions and execution of an earlier valuation.
Fees
The initial consultation is free. Depending on the assignment, I work for a fixed fee or on the basis of an estimated number of hours. Scope and fee indication are agreed in advance.
Your next step
Let’s discuss your question.
An initial consultation is free of charge. You will receive a clear scope and fee indication in advance.
