Education and publications
Corporate finance lecturer in executive MBA programmes and at Leiden University and Nyenrode, among others. Co-author of the Dutch handbook Bedrijfsovername.
Governance
Four years as supervisory board chair, as well as experience as entrepreneur and director. This gives me first-hand insight into boardroom questions.
